Because meat on sticks is fun - and this is perfect for #traegergameday. I love making Turkish kebabs or any kebabs in general. I love the fact that I can put these wooden handled skewers on my grill and they don’t burn up because it’s all indirect. I would recommend prepping these the night before and refrigerating them overnight. The meat tightens up and stays on the skewers a lot better.
