UK Honey Buffalo Wings

Season wings generously with the rub. Preheat your Traeger grill to 180°F (82°C). Smoke the wings for 1 hour. Increase grill temperature to 275°F (135°C). Continue to grill the wings, turning them over after 1/2 hour. Grill until the internal temperature is 195°F (91°C). While the wings are grilling, melt the butter in a small pan, whisking in the honey, hot sauce, and mustard. Season the sauce generously with pepper and one additional tablespoon of the rub. Toss cooked wings in sauce and serve immediately with Ranch or blue cheese sauce for dipping, plus carrots and celery sticks.
