Ultimate Nutella Fluff Cookie Explosion Skillet

Preheat the Traeger grill to 350F. Line an 8-10” cast iron skillet with parchment paper. Press 1 lb of chocolate chip cookie dough onto parchment paper. Layer with Nutella and fluff. Sprinkle on salt. Tear off small pieces of the remaining pound of cookie dough and sprinkle over the Nutella and the fluff to cover. Do not press this layer down. (This technique will allow the fluff to expand and come to the surface of the cookie with the Nutella). Sprinkle on smoked nuts. Bake on grill until completely golden (30-45mins). Remove from grill and rest for 30 minutes.
