Whipped Garlicky Goats Cheese & Bacon Jam Crostini

For the Whipped Garlicky Goats Cheese: In a food processor, pulse the goats cheese, Boursin cheese, smoked roasted garlic, dried chives, dried parsley, and white pepper. Add in the heavy cream a tablespoon at a time until the consistency of the cheese mixture is creamy and fluffy. Depending on the moisture content of the goats cheese, you may need to use more or less cream. Season with salt to taste. Set aside and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

For Assembly: Grill buttered slices of ciabatta bread or French loaf at 400F until toasted and golden. Top each grilled crostini with a generous dollop of the whipped goats cheese mixture and a spoonful of bacon jam. Add on additional chives for garnish before serving. Serve immediately and enjoy!
