Whiskey Peanut Butter Adult Milkshakes with Smoked Pig Candy

Part 1: Smoked Pig Candy

1. Preheat your grill to 250°F.
2. Place a Baker's mesh rack inside of a baking tray lined with either a silicone mat, foil, or parchment paper. Spray the mesh baking rack with nonstick spray.
3. Line up bacon slices on the rack. Brush maple syrup on each slice.
4. Sprinkle generously with Traeger Pork and Poultry Rub.
5. Place the rack on the grill and grill for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until the bacon is still pliant but not floppy.
6. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
7. For chocolate-covered pig candy: Skewer cooled, pliant bacon on bamboo sticks and refrigerate until chilled.
8. Once chilled, melt your favorite chocolate and drizzle it all over the bacon. Store in an airtight container refrigerated, placing layers of non-stick sprayed parchment paper between slices to prevent sticking.

Part 2: Whiskey Peanut Butter Adult Milkshakes

1. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the interior sides of two large (24 oz) mason jars.
2. In a blender, combine milk, peanut butter ice cream, vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and WhistlePig Whiskey. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide the milkshake mixture between the two prepared mason jars.
4. Top each milkshake generously with whipped cream, smoked savory nuts, and maraschino cherries.
5. Garnish each milkshake with a slice of the prepared chocolate-covered pig candy and enjoy.
