White Pizza (Diva Q Twist) on the Grill

1. Preheat your Woodridge Elite grill to 450°F. Make sure to put your pizza stone on the grill when you turn it on, allowing it to get nice and hot.
2. If you don't have a pizza peel, flip over a baking sheet and sprinkle it with cornmeal for easy transfer.
3. Use jalapeño pizza dough (like the one from Aldi).
4. Brush the dough with a mix of Ternero Farms olive oil and garlic paste.
5. Spread a thin layer of seasoned ricotta (mixed with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme) over the dough.
6. Top with freshly grated mozzarella, Parmesan, and smoke-roasted confit garlic.
7. Carefully transfer the pizza to the hot pizza stone on the grill.
8. Grill for a few minutes, then check the crust. Continue grilling until the crust is golden, bubbly, and perfectly crispy.
9. Finish the grilled pizza with red pepper flakes and fresh basil from the garden before serving.
