This bacon-wrapped turkey breast is perfect for a midweek meal or a small gathering — juicy, smoky, and kissed with that signature wood-fired Traeger flavor that makes everything taste epic. It's an easy and delicious way to enjoy turkey year-round.
1. Lay out super thin, center-cut bacon slices on plastic wrap, slightly overlapping.
2. Add your boneless, skinless turkey breast and season it up with Traeger Grills Chicken Rub.
3. Roll the turkey breast up tight with the bacon, wrap it in the plastic wrap, and chill for a couple of hours to firm.
4. Insert a MeaterMade probe into the turkey. Set your Traeger grill to 275°F and let it preheat.
5. Place the bacon-wrapped turkey breast on the grill and let the Traeger cook it until the internal temperature hits 155°F.
6. When the turkey reaches 155°F, brush on your favorite sauce (such as a Japanese BBQ sauce).
7. Continue cooking until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
8. Remove from the grill, slice, and serve.
