Woodfired Diva Q Deluxe Pizza

Start with a baking sheet lined with a silicone liner or parchment paper and sprinkled with a tablespoon or two of coarse grind cornmeal. Layer on 1lb fresh pizza dough, stretched and rested until room temperature. Slather the dough with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp Italian spices. Mash 6oz pizza sauce with 1 bulb smoked garlic and spread it over the dough. Then, add all your favorite toppings: thin slices of peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, cooked sausage crumbles, and lots of shredded mozzarella & provolone. Toss on a few chives as well. Preheat your grill to 475F. Grill for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is lovely and golden brown. Rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and serve.
