Woodfired Grilled Pizza with Chicken, Bacon & Venison Pepperoni

1. Roll out pizza dough thinly (store purchased is fine) onto parchment paper.
2. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
3. Top the pizza dough with 4 oz. of herb and garlic cream cheese, spread out thinly.
4. Sprinkle on @traegergrills Blackened Saskatchewan bbq rub.
5. Spread on 1/2 cup ajvar (red pepper and eggplant spread).
6. Layer on your meats, such as leftover grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, and venison pepperoni.
7. Top with black olives, red onion, and shredded cheese.
8. Grill until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, about 20-30 minutes.
9. Add on sauces (like smoked garlic Caesar dressing and guajillo & red jalapeño sauce) and additional grated Parmesan before serving.
