Woodfired Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Bars

For the crust: In a bowl combine melted butter with graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press mixture onto a half-size cookie sheet (17x12x1) layered with a silicone baking mat.

Preheat grill to 350F and grill the base layer for 10-15 minutes until set.

For the peanut layer: In a stand mixer, mix peanut butter, room temperature butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Using the back of a spoon or an offset spatula, spread the peanut layer evenly over the graham cracker crumbs.

For the chocolate layer: Sprinkle the peanut layer with dark melting chocolates. Grill for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has melted. Using a spatula, spread out the chocolate to completely cover the peanut layer. Chill in the fridge until hard. Cut into squares.
