Woodfired Perfect Pork Steaks

Season the pork steaks generously with Traeger Perfect Pork Rub. Set them aside for 5 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat your grill to 300F. Grill the pork steaks, flipping them over every 10 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 160F. Once 160F, increase the grill temperature to 400F. Glaze the pork steaks on both sides with Traeger Honey Brown Sugar Glaze, applying thin coats and glazing a couple of times. Continue cooking until the steaks reach your preferred finished temperature; the author suggests 185F-190F for crispier fat. Allow the pork steaks to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
